Focus and Scope

The Journal of Decision Science in Islamic Education (JDSIE) publishes high-quality original research, review articles, and conceptual papers that contribute to the advancement of Islamic education through interdisciplinary perspectives. The journal focuses on theory, research, innovation, and best practices that enhance educational quality, teaching and learning, institutional development, and evidence-informed decision-making in Islamic education. The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, the following areas: Decision Science in Education, Islamic Religious Education (PAI), Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Technology, Assessment and Evaluation, Teachers and Educational Professionals, Character and Values Education, Inclusive and Special Education, Educational Leadership and Management, Educational Institutions, Educational Psychology, Contemporary Issues in Islamic Education.

The journal welcomes manuscripts employing quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, design and development research, classroom action research, case studies, systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, and interdisciplinary approaches. All submissions should demonstrate originality, methodological rigor, and significant theoretical or practical contributions to the advancement of Islamic education.
